This newcomer to the local coffeehouse scene, located in a former Starbucks at 65th St. amd Broadway, has really upped the game. Chaii is a place for discovering the most exotic spins on the old standbys, such as fruit chais, milk chais, Indian chais, lattes, mochas and bubble teas. A small but diverse snack selection includes bagels, Malaysian paratha and even tacos. Give the strawberry mint chai, blue passion chai or red velvet frappe a try and you'll never be satisfied with plain ol' Starbucks again. Ride starts from the NE corner of the parking lot.
