REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY
"Party Pardee Forum" is a Yahoo group, moderated by the the Sacramento Bike Hikers, that seeks to facilitate Registration Transfers by helping sellers communicate with buyers.
Would-be Buyers should join this Forum and wait for Sellers to post their rides, which will trigger an email message to you that a ride is available.
Sellers, you are not required to use this Forum, but making a Ride Available posting here will result in it being seen by the vast majority of the eager Buyers.
The Sacramento Bike Hikers' role in the Registration Transfer process is limited to providing this Forum and to executing the actual Registration Transfer process once This Transfer Request Form is submitted by the Seller.

We have NO ROLE or liability in the monetary transaction. That is strictly between the Buyer and Seller.
