REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY

The Sacramento Bike Hikers will not facilitate registration transfers.

We will, however, accept registration transfers
only under the following conditions:

The original rider must email PartyPardee@aol.com requesting the registration transfer BEFORE 6:00PM on Sunday March 30th. We will not transfer registrations after that day and time.

The information required in the email is as follows:

Original rider's name, address, email address and phone number.

New rider's name, age, address, email address, phone number, emergency contact name and phone number.

Registration transfer will be confirmed by email only.
In order to ride, the new rider must bring the email confirmation with them on April 5th.

You can use the Bike Hikers Forum to advertise or ask for transfers

To use the Bike Hikers "Forum" Group you must have a Yahoo! account or you must setup a new account. (The Service is free!)

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Last year Transfers were handled through the Bike Hikers "Anouncement" Group (bikehikers@yahoogroups.com). This year we are asking everyone to use the Bike Hikers Forum Group (bhforum@yahoogroups.com). Please, do not use the Bike Hikers Anouncement Group for Registration Transfers.
